REVIEW: OUT OF YOUR HEAD, ROSE McCLELLAND
I'm thrilled to be taking part in the blog tour for Out of Your Head, the fantastic new psychological thriller by hugely talented author, Rose McClelland.
Fatal accidents do happen. Or was there a plan?
A six-year-old dies in a car driven by her father. He barely survives. A simple hit and run? Yet the police think its murder. And who might be next?
The mother is out of her mind. If losing her daughter is not enough, why is she being stalked?
I read this title in just one day because from the outset found it really difficult to put down. I thought I had it all figured out but was so glad I was wrong-footed. It's original, compelling and a real attention-grabber. And I suggest you buy your copy now.
It's a story about trust, betrayal and how the secrets the people close to us keep can affect us in the most impactful of ways. I can't say too much about the plot without giving it away but the characters are realistic and written superbly, their emotions really felt, and there are plenty of surprises to keep you guessing. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and highly recommend this and McClelland's previous thriller Under Your Skin, a powerful twisty novel about domestic abuse and addiction that will completely grip you.
Out of your Head is Rose McClelland’s fifth novel and her second psychological thriller.
Her previous novel Under Your Skin became an Amazon No. 1 Bestseller in the UK and USA/ Canada. It also won Best Books of 2020 in Belfast Telegraph and with several online book bloggers.
Rose has also written two short plays which were performed in the Black Box theatre in Belfast. Find out more at: http://rosiesrag.blogspot.com
